11月16日，第十屆中國（綿陽）科技城國際科技博覽會(huì)在四川省綿陽市開幕。本屆科博會(huì)以“科技引領(lǐng) 創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè) 合作共享”為主題，600余家高科技企業(yè)和機(jī)構(gòu)通過線上線下等方式參展參會(huì)。阿根廷應(yīng)邀擔(dān)任本屆科博會(huì)主賓國。

The 10th China (Mianyang) Science and Technology City International High-Tech Expo commenced on Nov 16 in the city of Mianyang, southwest China's Sichuan Province. The expo, held under the theme -- "Science and Technology Leading, Innovation and Entrepreneurship, Win-win Cooperation" -- will see more than 600 high-tech companies and institutes participating both online and offline. Argentina is attending the 2022 edition of the expo as the guest country of honor.

中國（綿陽）科技城國際科技博覽會(huì)由科技部和四川省人民政府共同主辦，每年定期在綿陽舉辦，成為四川省科技創(chuàng)新和對外開放的重要平臺(tái)。

本屆科博會(huì)為期4天，將通過線下重大科技成果展和線上云展覽，集中展示科技創(chuàng)新成果、高新技術(shù)及創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)品；還將舉辦科技協(xié)同創(chuàng)新研討會(huì)、中國磁性材料產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展高峰論壇、中國激光科技創(chuàng)新產(chǎn)業(yè)大會(huì)、投資推介會(huì)暨集中簽約儀式等系列活動(dòng)。

本屆科博會(huì)上，多名兩院院士、知名專家學(xué)者、行業(yè)翹楚將圍繞核醫(yī)學(xué)設(shè)備產(chǎn)業(yè)、激光科技、磁性材料、微波通信等領(lǐng)域發(fā)表主題演講，在舉辦的第十屆科博會(huì)投資推介會(huì)暨集中簽約儀式上，共簽約科技合作項(xiàng)目13個(gè)，招商引資產(chǎn)業(yè)項(xiàng)目137個(gè)、1323.99億元。

要發(fā)揮我國社會(huì)主義制度能夠集中力量辦大事的顯著優(yōu)勢，強(qiáng)化黨和國家對重大科技創(chuàng)新的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)，充分發(fā)揮市場機(jī)制作用，圍繞國家戰(zhàn)略需求，優(yōu)化配置創(chuàng)新資源，強(qiáng)化國家戰(zhàn)略科技力量，大幅提升科技攻關(guān)體系化能力，在若干重要領(lǐng)域形成競爭優(yōu)勢、贏得戰(zhàn)略主動(dòng)。

The country should leverage the marked advantages of socialism which has the ability to mobilize resources to accomplish major initiatives, strengthen the leadership of the CPC and the government on major scientific and technological innovation, and give full play to the role of the market. China should optimize the allocation of innovation resources based on the country's strategic needs, strengthen the country's strategic scientific and technological strength, greatly improve the systematic ability to tackle key scientific and technological problems, and cultivate competitive advantages and seize the strategic initiative in a number of important areas.
